Rental Options

We know you want options, that’s why we offer our rental option as well!

Our rental contract includes your well-appointed apartment and access to all the amenities at Holland Village. Should you require personal care or skilled nursing services, you will have priority access to a higher level of care, available at a 10% discount off the published monthly rates for each level.

Your Monthly Service Fee includes:

• One meal / day
• Interior and exterior maintenance
• Light housekeeping every other week
• Personal laundry services available
• Entertainment, spiritual enrichment and a variety of programs and events
• Regularly scheduled transportation for group outings
• Preventive care wellness program
• Fitness center, fitness classes and one-on-one fitness training available
• Indoor heated pool and aquatic classes
• Billiards lounge, craft & woodworking shop and indoor greenhouse
• Lawn care and landscaping
• Snow removal on sidewalks and parking areas
• Annual preventive maintenance
• Annual exterior window-washing
• Building and grounds maintenance
• 24-hour call system
• Access to on-site health care providers
• Priority access to care in personal care and nursing care center
• 10% discount off posted rates should resident need personal or nursing care
• Weekly trash and recycling service
• Heat, air-conditioning, water, sewer, and electricity (does NOT include phone/cable)
