Take advantage of entrance fees starting as low as $59,000, tailored to accommodate various budgets and care plans, such as our Classic Plan, Classic Plan Plus, and the Estate Preservation Plan. Additionally, if circumstances require you or your loved one to leave our community, a refund ranging from 0 to 70% of your initial investment may be applicable.
Experience monthly fees as low as $2,160, varying based on the size and style of your home. These fees cover essential daily living services like lawn care, home maintenance, basic cable, trash removal, a 24-hour call system, and more.
